Are the prices of your products in stores the same as on the website?

The prices indicated on our website are relevant when posting an order in our online store only. Nevertheless, you can arrange a pick-up of the purchased goods from any store in which this product is available. In this case, the price will not change.

Why do you have different prices on the website and in the physical retail store?

Prices on the site can sometimes be slightly lower than in offline stores. This happens because special offers and discounts in the online and specific offline stores may sometimes not coincide.

Why are your products more expensive than on the ‘X’ website?

We are the official representative of the brands present in our store. The prices are set by the manufacturers. We cannot guess, explain or confirm the origin of the goods that are much cheaper on the ‘X’ website. Of course, you can buy goods cheaper on the ‘X’ website! We believe this product will be of the appropriate quality.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices include VAT.

Are all products listed on the website available in the retail stores as well?

Retail stores have a slightly different range of products. You can find out the product availability on the website, or via telephone.

How often is the range of products updated?

We update our range of products regularly. You can find info on the products on the News page of the zoom-n-joy.com website.

If the product I need is not available in a retail store, can I order it from the warehouse?

If a product you are interested in is temporarily absent in a particular retail store, we will be happy to deliver it to this store for you. It usually takes just 1–3 business days.
